Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. When sending a product back for a refund or exchange, kindly make sure that the item is packed properly and it must also be in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, your refund will be rejected or a partial refund will be issued to you.
Once the return has been approved, the amount will be refunded to your Coverwala account via Store credit within 2-3 days.
Our products go through a quality check before we dispatch them. However, if they are damaged in transit, just let us know and we will have a replacement sent to you. Return shipping charges upto Rs. 100 can be refunded via STORE CREDIT in this case.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Items with definite signs of usage
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Any item that is returned without original packaging
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Coverwala Account via Store Credit, within 2-3 days. Shipping and Cash on delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your Coverwala account again for store credit and your email.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Items on sale can only be exchanged or approved for Store Credit. Shipping and Cash on Delivery charges will NOT be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Coverwala Private Limited , 2nd Floor, D 95, Gaffar Market New Delhi – 110005, India. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you have placed an order and want to modify it, let us know within 12 hours of the purchase so that we can either cancel or change the order. Once the order has shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

We do not provide reverse shipping facility at the moment. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping and Cash on delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over Rs. 200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
As soon as we receive your item, the item will go through a quality check. Once the return is approved, you will receive the refund in the form of Store Credit within 2-3 days.
